What will you do?
We have built up a competency that focuses on IT asset configuration management and that leverages ITIL v4 practices, the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its underpinning Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB). As CSDM and the CMDB are the foundation for the ServiceNow platform and utilized across many modules and processes we foresee a continuous growth of IT asset and configuration management business. Plat4mation is looking for both functional and technical consultants to grow its capability and competency in this area. Thats why we are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who can guide customers in their journey to improve IT data quality and implement a CSDM based CMDB according to our best practices.
