Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF design and knowledge related to Cellular Radio protocols and standards, with expertise spanning 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Our ideal candidate will have consolidated experience in both BTS hardware design and dimensioning, as well as being able to exploit radio interface protocols for the design of specialized features and services such as advanced localization techniques.

What will you be doing:

1. Design, simulate, and optimize RF architectures for our public safety solutions
2. Develop and implement innovative RF design techniques to meet performance, reliability, and efficiency requirements
3. Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G radio interfaces
4. Based on 3GPP specifications, develop enhanced features for all the radio technologies above
5. Deep knowledge on radio network parametrization
6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in cellular technologies and contribute to the integration of emerging standards
7. Utilize advanced simulation tools for RF design, ensuring accurate modeling and performance predictions
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and validate design solutions
9. Conduct testing and optimization to achieve desired specifications and performance metrics
10. Prepare comprehensive documentation for RF solutions design and testing
11. Provide regular progress reports and collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with project goals

What you bring:

1. Bachelor''s/Masters/Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience in RF design and planning with a focus on cellular technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
3. Proficiency in using simulation and measurement tools for RF design and analysis
4. Experience in a startup environment or deep-tech industry is a plus
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Goal oriented - growth mindset
