We are looking for a Jr. Business Partnerships Consultant to strengthen relationships and expand business in Spain and Portugal . Based in our Madrid office, youll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and new opportunities.
- Handle commercial requests with a win-win approach , ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Keep partners engaged through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners , especially in the Portuguese market.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish (native), Portuguese , and English (spoken & written).
- 3 years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
- Strong relationship-building , negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset , with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.
