What you will do:
Use your knowledge, experience, and strategic tools to research and analyze the market, competitors, and trends.
Formulate recommendations on target audience profiles and personas, value propositions, brand and campaign strategic concepts, communication strategies, brand strategies, and brand architecture.
Conduct research, workshops, and interviews to gather valuable insights.
Actively participate in briefing and debriefing sessions, including offer preparations.
Guide clients and project team members effectively toward the best solutions, creative decision-making, and leadership.
Help create compelling proposals for large-scope briefs and pitches.

You have at least two years of experience in research, strategy formulation, and branding within agencies or marketing teams, supported by case studies.
You are skilled in using research and analysis tools, with a proven ability to draw actionable insights and recommendations.
You are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proficient in planning and meeting deadlines.
You are forward-thinking and capable of anticipating trends.
You possess a business-focused mindset and understand key performance indicators.
You are an engaging presenter with strong storytelling skills.
You work well both independently and in teams, demonstrating excellent time management and personal organization.
You are solution-oriented, especially when facing challenges.
You have experience working with international brands, leading projects across industries, and aligning creative strategies with client objectives.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
