Job Description Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices. Optimize system performance to meet evolving customer needs and ensure high standards of reliability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of the development team. Document code and processes to maintain a smooth development workflow and knowledge sharing. Profile ~ Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ~5+ years of professional experience as a Java developer . ~ Strong expertise in Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate. ~ Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices. ~ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. ~ A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in teams and mentoring junior developers. ~ Proficiency in English or Dutch is required.
