Our Owners are central to everything we do. As an E-Commerce Account Manager, you will ensure exceptional experiences on our Amazon and Cdiscount accounts. Your focus will be on driving growth and performance through strategic account management, budget oversight, and maximizing ROI.Your responsibilities include:Driving P&L performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.Optimizing budgets for onsite media and co-marketing campaigns to maximize ROAS.Building strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.Leading negotiations to establish mutually beneficial solutions.Managing merchandising plans in collaboration with agencies, marketing teams, and partners.Aligning sales forecasts and trade plans to meet targets.Planning and executing key commercial events with cross-functional teams.Overseeing external agencies to ensure optimal account performance.Reporting on account performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.Providing operational support to adapt to priority shifts and ensure seamless execution.About you

You are a dynamic, results-driven Key Account Manager with proven success in the E-Commerce sector. You excel in managing key e-commerce market accounts, delivering impactful results, and maintaining brand integrity. Your strengths include strategic vision, operational execution, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, enabling you to overcome challenges and achieve outstanding outcomes.We look for candidates who bring:At least 3 years of experience as an Amazon Key Account Manager, with hands-on E-Commerce expertise in wholesale environments (experience with marketplaces or pureplay retailers is a plus).Skills in forecasting, promotional planning, budget management, merchandising, and negotiations.Experience working within matrixed organizations and aligning with global/regional brand guidelines.A commercial mindset with a solution-oriented, proactive attitude and a positive approach.Strong communication skills to engage internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.An eye for digital detail and a proven track record of consistent execution.Adaptability and a collaborative, low-ego attitude to work effectively across strategic and operational tasks.Please submit your application in English.---
