Join our People team and contribute to all HR administration activities.Responsibilities include:Supporting new recruits with payroll forms (deductions, ANF, severance pay, data processing authorisations).Managing staff meal vouchers.Preparing documentation for internships with main sponsoring organisations.Managing and communicating smart working contract activations.Checking employee timesheets.Supporting payroll processing.Implementing new processes and platforms.Ideal candidate profile:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Precise with excellent organisational, planning, and data analysis skills.Quick learner eager to acquire new skills.Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint).English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Diploma or degree in scientific subjects.Previous experience is a plus.Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, Workday is a plus.Location:WPP Campus in Milan with hybrid working options.We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment.
