To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for a Trouble Shooter/Key User to join our team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

What You Do On a Typical Day

• Ensure the optimal and correct use of the Warehouse Management System on site
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues related to Manhattan software
• Investigate and test new system implementations; detect discrepancies and propose effective solutions
• Monitor and follow up on open IT issue tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Serve as the go-to person for all WMS-related questions and provide training to colleagues on the Manhattan system
• Observe and assess operational processes to identify and support both system-based and operational improvements
• Support warehouse operations and other onsite business units with WMS interface-related requests

What You Need To Succeed At GXO

• Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics environment
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan
• Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts
