The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Software Solutions Architect to join their technology team. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing software solutions that support their strategic vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive software solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards
- Evaluate current architecture and develop modernization strategies with implementation roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into effective architectural designs
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical mentorship
- Ensure all solutions meet security, scalability, and maintainability requirements
- Take ownership of non-functional requirements across solutions including performance optimization
- Monitor industry developments and integrate emerging best practices into the development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a Software Solutions Architect role or equivalent position
- Strong expertise with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
- Comprehensive knowledge of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL)
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Experience leading technical reviews and mentoring development teams
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication abilities
