As our Automation Test Engineer Intern , you will contribute to the automation of quality assurance processes. You will help develop automated test scripts, contribute to manual testing as needed, and assist in improving test coverage and process efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, automation tools, and best practices, within a regulated environment and a team that follows Agile development methodologies.
Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications.
Perform testing using automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright.
Participate in manual testing efforts as needed.
Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure thorough test coverage.
Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during test execution.
Help document testing procedures, results and improvements.
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and will remain enrolled throughout the internship .
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA/testing methodologies.
Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Playwright, or alternatively Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Experience with testing web applications.
You are currently residing in the Netherlands.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about testing in a regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with test automation in a regulated, real-world setting.
A meaningful internship where your work contributes to real-world medical software.
