Join us to make your contribution.Position: Supplier Quality EngineerThe Supplier Quality Engineer will support assigned suppliers to meet or exceed AGCO''s quality standards and customer expectations by investigating, analyzing, and resolving supplier quality issues. This role leads supplier qualification activities, including on-site audits and technical reviews, and drives systematic APQP during the NPI phase to meet or surpass Supplier PPAP "Right First Time" targets.Your ImpactLead supplier qualification and approval, including on-site audits and technical reviews.Drive systematic APQP for NPI part development and exceed Supplier PPAP "Right First Time" targets.Continuously monitor and improve supplier quality performance (NCR, PPM, RFT).Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to prevent repeat failures.Collaborate with Technical Service and Supplier Recovery teams to eliminate warranty failures.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.Advanced English communication skills required.Technical experience in metal fabrication and knowledge of welding processes.Familiarity with quality assurance and measurement techniques.Experience in driving cross-functional processes and leading supply chain quality improvements.Your BenefitsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme.Flexible working hours promoting work-life balance.Private health insurance with partial medical expense coverage.Canteen with meal allowance.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce brings.
