Our goal is to continuously broaden and deepen each individual?s knowledge and experience.**Job Summary**:This position will be responsible in providing Human Resources services. This individual manages the administration of Corporate policies, procedures and programs, and monitors functions within employee benefits, personnel policies and regulatory compliance. This position will also provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry) and will perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:Related training/education/service in business, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredMinimum of 3 years experienceAbility to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others ideas and exhibit willingness to try new thingsAbility to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under immense pressureStrong knowledge and understanding of insurance regulations, plan designs and third party record keeping/administration requiredMust have computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS system (ADP)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsSuperior verbal/written skillsGood punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a mustStrong interpersonal skills essentialAbility to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levelsFamiliarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations requiredOur performance management system is critical to our professional development activities.
