Hey there and welcome to your new opportunity with us. Being a Logistics Specialist is an exciting role since you are the superhero our clients need. You will understand how to set up our solutions to satisfy their needs. Here are your most important tasks:Provide logistics support for project deliveries, including supplier tendering RFQs and transportation solution design, such as road surveys.Follow up on deliveries and coordinate resources to ensure the last miles of project delivery are completed on time and in full.Work closely with project managers and all related internal and external peers to ensure smooth last-mile delivery.Minimize costs by managing supplier KPIs efficiently to achieve the required performance.Solve problems and optimize processes.Manage logistics processes and documentation to ensure compliance.Handle invoicing and monthly reporting.Your ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in logistics within an international company, preferably with project management and delivery experience.Good knowledge of international forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, incoterms, and LCs.Experience with road surveys for project delivery is a plus.Knowledge of overweight and dangerous goods transportation and handling.Experience in tendering and managing logistics service providers.Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong leadership and influencing skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas and professional advice to stakeholders.Data-oriented and organized working style.Language skills: English (C1), Italian (C1); Spanish and Chinese are advantageous.Multitasker capable of working under pressure.Proficient with computers and systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, MS Office.Why UsWe have the strongest PV inverter R&D and are the world''s biggest inverter manufacturer.
