About the Role - Upon joining, you''ll go through an extensive training program focused on aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). These standards ensure that all our cell therapies are made in the safest and most effective way.
In your new role, you will work alongside a committed team to maintain high standards in our cleanroom environments, ensuring that equipment is properly sanitized, materials are handled with care, and procedures are followed to ensure the highest quality product. You will be part of the daily production process, following clearly defined procedures that help bring life-saving treatments to patients.
While working in a sterile environment, youll wear the required protective gear to keep everything pristine. This is called Gowing and involves a complete procedure. The role operates on a shift schedule that includes weekends.

The role requires flexibility, as you will need to be available for shifts that may include hours such as 6 AM to 4 PM, 7 AM to 5 PM, 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 2 AM. Since we cannot predict exactly where you''ll be in the process, you must be comfortable working across all seven of these shifts.
