What you''ll be doing
- Build the best digital products for the end users with your agile team
- Define and communicate the vision for your project
- Write user stories
- Create, organize and prioritize your backlog items in synchronization with the different business and technical stakeholders
- Align with the other POs to coordinate dependencies
- Make the link between the stakeholders and your team
- Participate to every Agile Ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, )
- Monitor the velocity of the team together with the Scrum Master and make sure to maximize the value produced by your team
Skills & qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Analyst
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems
- Ability to take ownership of your projects
- Flexibility towards new situations and challenges
- Native FR or NL + fluent in EN
- A passion for digital solutions
- A team-player attitude
- A good sense of humour
