Our Customer Experience Team is looking for a new member who would be the main point of contact for our MAX customers and would focus on proactively contacting the client regarding product adoption, gathering their feedback on GetResponse tools and providing creative solutions.

You may be the perfect fitif you have:

excellent command of English, French and Polish (min. C1 level each)
permanent residence in Poland
previous experience in customer service / customer success / other customer facing roles where building business connections was required
The ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
proactive approach and self-organization skills
superb verbal and written communication skills
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
the ability to work independently and in a team

Nice-to-have experience:

experience with SaaS applications
experience in project management
familiarity with CRM systems
