We are looking for an talented Meeting & EventExecutive motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt RegencyRome Central. The role will report to the Meeting & EventManager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station anda short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt RegencyRome Central is a 5 star hotel offering premium business servicesand one of Italys most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. HyattRegency Rome Central will offer a comprehensive range of eventvenues, from ballroom to boardroom, suitable for both one-offmeetings and events that last all day. Main duties &responsability: - Conduct hotel site inspections and preparingtailored client proposals and presentations. - Prepare eventdocumentation and contracts, coordinating with sales, operations,and clients to ensure a smooth flow throughout all stages:pre-event, event, and post-event. -Promote up-selling opportunitiesto maximize revenue. - Collaborate in coordinating all the eventphases, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and clientexpectations are met. -Monitor client satisfaction during and afterthe event, gathering feedback and supporting the preparation ofpost-event reports to improve service and processes. -Activelysupport the Meeting & Event Manager and team by ensuringcompliance with Hyatt brand standards in all reactive quoting,contracting, and planning activities. -Maintain strongcollaboration with all hotel departments to guarantee flawlessevent execution. -Take part in training sessions and professionaldevelopment opportunities to grow within the role. Skills andrequirements - Previous experience in similar and/or related fieldsin international branded hotels. - Proficient in Italian andEnglish Language, both spoken and written - Excellent communicationskills, both written and oral. - Knowledge of the local market andstrong network.
