This position is part of the Business Support Department located in Milan (Cassina de Pecchi) with the possibility to access flexible modalities to ensure work-life balance. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales Administration, Back Office and Service Contracts Team and report to the Supervisor Sales Administration, Back Office and Service Contracts responsible for processing sales contracts for Italy. The Sales Administration Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:

• Analyze contracts agreements and manage sales contracts in Oracle ERP from creation to termination, including renewals and price increases.
• Execute billing processes, from invoice generation to dispute resolution.
• Fulfill hardware orders from order processing to customer shipment, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Investigate and resolve disputed invoices and follow up on instrument orders with required actions.
• Process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices, contributing to daily management processes.
• Compile monthly sales reports and support the sales department with administrative tasks as requested.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Masters or bachelors degree in business administration, or law, with a focus on tender process is a plus.
• Previous experience of 2 or 3 years in sales administration, or a similar role with advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A good knowledge of MS Office and additional Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and a good level of English.
• Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team.

Please be aware that the official title for the position upon hiring will be "Sales Administration Coordinator." This title reflects the coordination of activities and processes, not team management.
