We are seeking a motivated Service Delivery Operations Manager to support our Premier Support team. This role involves supporting Call Center activities and Service Delivery Operations, analyzing KPI performance via Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, and creating business presentations, reports, and action plans. The role also includes identifying process improvements and coordinating activities between internal teams and stakeholders. Strong communication, project management skills, and data comprehension are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to derive business insights.
- Create clear, user-friendly reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical data into understandable summaries.
- Support various service initiatives and assist the Premier Leadership team in driving KPIs.
- Familiarize with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, support data extraction, dashboard creation, and system integration efforts.
- Track and follow up on project and operational tasks for timely completion.
- Collaborate with teams to validate data and implement improvements.
- Support ongoing reporting, communication, and process efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager, or similar.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel report creation and interpretation.
- Ability to create effective business presentations (PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Project management experience, including stakeholder coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
