Manpower Luxembourg is seeking dedicated temporary workers to support a team of professionals and other administrative/operational/financial assistants. Job Description: Manage the administrative activities of the division. Organize internal and external meetings or appointments Finalize, distribute, and file documents and reports prepared by the division staff. Maintain up-to-date statistics and work plans. Ensure compliance with established procedures. Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the division and department. Prepare financial statements: Develop balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. Bank reconciliation: Verify bank statements and reconcile them with company accounts. Analyze financial information and summarize the financial status. Manage and forecast cash flows to ensure the company''s liquidity. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs. Analyze risks and evaluate potential investments. Candidate Profile: Bachelor or Master in legal, economics, accounting, or business administration field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities Proficiency in standard computer tools, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
