They havebeen backed by some serious investors in the industry and arelooking for adhoc support within their clinical operations team,with the possibility of extending on long term with the company.This opportunity is perfect for someone who is ambitious,independent and wants to play a key role in business development.Responsibilities: - Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence toGCP standards; - Set strategy for the effective management andresourcing of future clinical trials; - Identifies and selectshigh-quality clinical vendors in conjunction with appropriate teammembers by interviewing and assessing a vendors skill set; -Ensures alignment with broader company strategic initiatives andbusiness needs; - Creates a resourcing strategy to support needsfor all clinical programs and activities; - Directly participatesin and has accountability for overall clinical operations strategyand performance against key trial metrics; - Creates and overseesexecution Clinical Operations Strategy for all programs - Manageall budgets, contracts, agreements, vendor payments and processesto conduct clinical trial programs in an effective manner.Requirements: - 10+ years of clinical operations experience in thepharmaceutical and biotechnology industry - Global clinical trials/ program management experience in oncology or immunology -Home-based, but open to travelling to office towards the start ofthe contract - Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams andmentor staff - Strategic thinker and problem-solver capable ofidentifying risks and risk mitigation strategies - Flexibility Byclicking apply you will be sending your CV to Olivia Vigar atBarrington James.
