Our digital agency Plan.Net, part of our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for a trilingual CRM Project Manager to join its team of around 120 employees and support the agency in serving clients such as: Argenta, ALDI, BMW, Mini, C&A, Decathlon, Abbott, Nikon, and many others.
As a CRM Project Manager, you will work in digital communication in a global, dynamic environment to contribute to the growth of our brands. Youll have an essential role within the team(s) sharing your passion for project management, planning, and strategic client consultation. Youll be the key player in ensuring operational success of our email campaigns form briefing to send-out & reporting within an international setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of projects in an agile and cross-functional environment.
- Efficient project management to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and goal-oriented closures.
- Solving business problems and setting priorities.
- Maintain a strong commitment to quality by conducting regular reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all deliverables meet the agency''s high standards and client expectations.
- Leadership, motivation, and management of an intercultural, diverse team of colleagues and external partners.
- Support team members in taking responsibility.
- Close collaboration with client stakeholders to define business needs and requirements and measure project impacts using KPIs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations. Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning project outcomes accordingly.
- Generate and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Highlight project achievements, key milestones, and potential areas for improvement. Formulate insights & key-learnings of campaign our touchpoint performance (Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Provide regular updates to clients and internal management on budget status.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch, French and English, to be able to build strong relationships with both local and international stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, AI integration in project management and CRM. Integrate new approaches to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
- An education in marketing, communications, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in email marketing & project management is a must
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) and marketing automation tools (Adobe, Marketing cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Digital Marketing and/or MarTech environments have no secret for you
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Monday) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
- Being passionate about CRM & project management
- Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English
