Your Responsibilities | Finance Legal Law CoSec Company secretary Jurist

• You will be responsible for a portfolio mainly composed of SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate, managing them from incorporation to dissolution.
• You will be in direct contact with third parties such as notaries, lawyers, and banks.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and contracts, will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will be in charge of organizing board meetings and drafting minutes.
• You will collaborate with the accounting team, particularly for the approval of annual accounts.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment (asset manager, fiduciary, PFS), which is essential for understanding your future responsibilities.
• To ensure effective communication with colleagues and third parties, you are fluent in English. Any additional language is considered an asset.
• While not mandatory, having a masters degree in law will provide better long-term career growth opportunities.
• You are already managing a portfolio primarily composed of SPVs and/or AIFs in Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
• In this role, you will need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. To avoid being overwhelmed, being proactive and well-organized is essential.
