Senior Financial Control Accounting Manager Are you ready to lead our FCA team? Marks Sattin is looking for a Senior Financial Control Accounting Manager for one of our clients. You''ll support the sub-regional lead FCA Netherlands, overseeing financial control activities for Corporate Service Units. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and analysis. Lead a team of 7 FTEs, providing guidance and support. Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Address issues during closing and drive improvement actions. Act as the finance representative in the country leadership team. Ensure compliance with internal control requirements. What You Bring: Masters Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling or CPA. 7+ years of experience in Accounting/Controlling. Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, IFRS principles. Experience in supervising/mentoring a team. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient. Interested?
