The PEQ Post Order Administrator supports thepost-order function for administrative tasks, issuance of workorders (WO), management of inspection notifications, and providessupport in the management of company tools. He reports functionallyto the PEQ Expediting & logistics Manager. Keyresponsibility''s: - High proficiency in working with relevantsystems performing project set-up, project updates, invoicing andproject closing activities. - Ability to prioritize and delivertimely support requests. - Proactive, timely & accurate WOfollow up in line with contract and Nextchem procedures. -Inspection and expediting timesheet verification as well as relatedservice entry at service completion. - Collaborates andcommunicates regularly with the PEQ POST ORDER manager and PEQEXP-LOG Manager and PEQ INSPECTION & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONGROUP LEADER on related items. Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree -5 years of relevant working experience in a project administratorrole. - Fluent in English both spoken and written - Customer &external orientation - Communication - Entrepreneurship - Resultorientation - Leadership
