BRC employs nearly 600 full-time and part-time employees.**HOURS**:Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekThursday-Monday 11:00 am7:30pm**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility. Make repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical. Responsible for preventative maintenance of cooling/heating and domestic hot water systems. Ensure that the periodic maintenance and inspection of elevators, sprinkler systems, fire alarm system and fire extinguishers is performed and documented. Receive and store deliveries of maintenance/office supplies. Move furniture as needed. Participate in fire drills. Related duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS**:Three years experience in building maintenance; experience in the trades is helpful. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to communicate in English. BilingualEnglish/Spanish preferred. Valid driver''s license preferred.
