What Youll Do:
- Help clients identify top investment properties and development opportunities.
- Guide clients through complex commercial real estate transactions using your market expertise.
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to foster long-term success.
- Stay informed about market trends and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
What Were Looking For:
- A valid real estate license (or the motivation and ability to obtain one with our support).
- Proven sales skills and a passion for building strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision.
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data.
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth.
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one.
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient.
Compensation:
$106,300 - $224,500 yearly
