Supporting this strategy, with a strong customer-centric focus, the company invests in developing the skills of professionals working both in Retail and at Headquarters, with the constant goal of ensuring maximum satisfaction and excellent service.Within the Data & Analytics team, the aim is to support a Senior Data Analyst in daily activities related to data collection, analysis, and interpretation from various corporate, digital, and offline sources.In this context, we are looking for a:Data Analyst TraineeMain Responsibilities:Support the team in analyzing web and digital data (e.g., traffic, conversions, funnels, etc.);Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction from relational databases and/or BigQuery;Collaborate in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI;Perform ad hoc analyses to support eCommerce, CRM, and omnichannel teams;Use Excel for data cleaning, preliminary analysis, and building summary models;Document analytical processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance activities.Requirements:Bachelors or masters degree (including ongoing) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar;Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably experience with databases like MySQL, BigQuery, DataBricks, etc.);Knowledge of main Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager);Good proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, advanced functions);Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI;Analytical mindset, precision, and eagerness to learn;Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively;Basic to intermediate knowledge of English (ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a work environment).What We Offer:Joining a leading, dynamic, fast-growing company in a continuously evolving market with significant international development opportunities;A young, agile working environment that values merit and talent;An extracurricular internship with on-the-job training;Employment through an extracurricular internship, with a reimbursement of 800 euros.Location: Milan Headquarters#J-18808-Ljbffr
