Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development-related roles.
- At least 5 years in project coordination or Scrum Master roles, managing IT projects at the local and global level, within international, multicultural teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile and project management methodologies.
- Proven experience working with distributed and virtual teams.
- Fluent English C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
- At least one Scrum Master certification, such as: PSM I / II / III AgilePM
- At least one Scaled Agile certification, such as: SAFe 4 / 5 LeSS Practitioner
