Product Specialist Incontinence - FlemishBrabant & Limburg Functieomschrijving As a successful ProductSpecialist Incontinence - Flemish Brabant & Limburg, you willhave the following responsibilities: Product Specialist: - Developand maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals(nurses, caregivers, doctors...) & care institutions in FlemishBrabant & Limburg - Provide medical advice and expert trainingon incontinence products to clients and stakeholders (elderly home,hospitals, ...) - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations& information sessions to educate healthcare professionals(nurses, caregivers, doctors...) on the product''s benefits andoptimise the utilisation of incontinence products. - Understand theneeds of healthcare practitioners to proactively propose newproducts and facilitate cross selling Account Management support: -Support the sales team with the volume management & pricenegotiations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams todrive product awareness and market penetration. Market Awareness: -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedbackto improve incontinence product offerings. - Support sales effortsby identifying opportunities and providing technical expertise. -Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Profiel As a successful Product Specialist Incontinence - FlemishBrabant & Limburg, you will have the followingresponsibilities: - Bachelor''s degree in healthcare, nurse or(para-)medical field - Previous experience in medical sales,healthcare, or product specialisation (incontinence care experienceis a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Being results-oriented. - Ability to work autonomously andindependently with flexible working time schedule. - Proficiency inDutch - French and English being a plus. - Willingness to drivewithin Flemish Brabant & Limburg.
