Solna:

You’ll be joining our Nordic Headquarters in Solna, a brand‑new space where nearly 100 employees collaborate across Commercial, Brand Marketing, and Business support functions. As part of our North Europe Cluster, uniting the Nordics, UK, and Benelux, we work as one team driven by a shared passion for Sport and Fashion. With inspiring creative spaces and an open‑plan design, it’s an environment you’ll be excited to step into.

This is a role where you’ll be close to the action, working side by side with the Country Manager and Nordic senior leaders to keep priorities moving, conversations flowing and plans on track. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly, from managing busy calendars and leadership meetings to coordinating travel, events, projects and follow-ups. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being trusted, close to the action and making things happen behind the scenes.

A day in the life:

• Support the Nordic Leadership Team by keeping priorities clear, meetings on track and follow-ups moving forward.
• Be a trusted partner to the Country Manager and senior leaders, helping them stay prepared, informed and on track.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, workshops and team events from planning through to delivery.
• Support travel, expenses, purchase orders, invoices and other operational tasks that help the business run smoothly.
• Bring structure to cross-functional projects by tracking actions, milestones and deliverables, and spotting smarter ways of working.
• Support with sales administration

What we’re looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious and motivated to make a real difference in the day-to-day flow of our Nordic business. If the qualities below sound like you, we’d love to hear from you.

• Several years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Team Assistant or similar support role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
• A natural organiser who can juggle multiple priorities, stay calm when things move fast and keep a sharp eye on the details.
• Confident communicator with strong English skills and the ability to build great relationships across functions, countries and seniority levels.
• Proactive, discreet and solution-minded, with strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience from or strong interest, skill and curiosity for using tools like Copilot to make work smarter.
• Someone who combines discretion, good judgement and a proactive mindset - handling confidential information with care and bring structure in a fast pace environment.
• A strong passion for our brand, purpose and products.
