Your Role
As Key Account Manager B2B Retail, you will lead and grow our wholesale and retail partnerships. Your mission is to bring our brand and products into the best stores in France mainstream retail, chains, pharmacies, concept stores by building strategic relationships and driving revenue.
You will report to our Head of France and regularly catch-up with the Head of B2B.

Main Responsibilities
Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of key retail clients (existing & new). Develop deep relationships with buyers, store owners, and category managers.
Business Development: Identify and approach new retail partners. Prospect, pitch, and close new wholesale opportunities that align with our brand.
Sales Strategy: Define and execute a B2B sales strategy tailored to the French retail market. Build commercial offers and promotional calendars that drive sell-in and sell-through.
Forecasting & Reporting: Own sales forecasts, track KPIs, and report on performance. Analyze sales data and consumer trends to optimize assortments and reorders.
Product Advocacy: Be a product expert and brand ambassador. Educate retail partners on our categories, positioning, and brand values.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Brand, and Supply teams to ensure seamless B2B execution and merchandising support.
