WHOLESALE COORDINATOR We are looking for a highlyorganised and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support ourglobal wholesales operations. This role is integral to the salesprocess, ensuring seamless collaboration between the brand and ourretail partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, andpassionate about fashion sales, with strong project managementskills and a willingness to travel. RESPONSIBILITIES PRE-SALES -Manage the sales campaign calendar and send invitations to retailpartners. - Review and upload the seasonal catalog to the digitalshowroom platform (Joor). - Prepare and distribute digital andphysical assets to retail partners. SALES - Organize and overseesales campaigns in key fashion cities (Milan, Paris, New York). -Sell the collection to retail partners and assist in closingorders. - Request, review, and confirm final wholesale orders.AFTER-SALES - Communicate final order quantities to the productionteam. - Create and maintain the product master file with retailpricing across geographies. - Develop training materials for retailpartners. - Monitor and track store deliveries to ensure timelyfulfillment. - Oversee visual merchandising in physical storesthrough store visits or photo requests. - Audit and managebrand/product pages on online retailer platforms, requestingupdates when necessary. - Provide ongoing support to retailpartners, addressing inquiries and operational needs. - Maintainand analyze the global sell-through report to track salesperformance. - Identify opportunities to optimize stock, includingstock swaps, recuts, and ATS (available-to-sell) proposals. -Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store activations andbrand initiatives. - Assist in major events, such as fashion weekpresentations, photoshoots, and trunk shows. REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - At least two year experience inretail or wholesale; wholesale experience preferred. - Fluency inEnglish (written and spoken) is required; additional languages area plus. - Familiarity with wholesale platforms (Joor is a plus). -Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. - Knowledge of luxury orcontemporary fashion brands is beneficial. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES- Highly organized with strong project management skills. - Abilityto multi-task and meet tight deadlines during sales campaigns. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to buildrelationships with retail partners. - Analytical mindset with theability to track performance and suggest improvements. - Keenattention to detail, particularly in pricing, order accuracy, andvisual merchandising. - Willingness to travel to key fashion cities(3-4 times per year).
