An International Financial Service Client of mine, currently requires a strong profile within their ESG Risk Team. Looking for someone with a technical mindset, able to work closely with IT to help them build dashboards for Climate and Environmental Risk factors - with Credit Risk being the key driver.You will need to have come from a technical background, working closely with Data and able to build prototypes in Python or SAS. You will then pass the prototypes onto the IT team, helping them to create the relevant dashboards.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the ESG Risk Team to identify key Climate and Environmental Risk factors.Design and define KPIs for dashboards to effectively monitor risk factors.Develop and implement prototypes using Python or SAS to analyise and visualise data.Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of prototypes into operational dashboards.Provide technical expertise and support to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of risk assessments.Monitor and report on the performance of dashboards, making necessary adjustments to improve functionality.Requirements:Proven experience working with Credit Risk Data / Data Warehousing.Good knowledge of Credit Risk (PD, LGD and EAD) and Financial Metrics (ROE, ROA Profitability) Ideally wholesale Credit Risk but open to Retail also.Strong proficiency in Python or SAS for data analysis and prototype development.MSc in Analytical or Data fields such as Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, CQF or similar.Ability to work independently, proactively and cross functionallyThis is a great chance to join a leading organisation, working in a project focused team and working towards a better future for all.
