Our extensive commercial network includes nine delegations and numerous authorized distributors and dealers, serving customers in more than 60 countries, making us a recognized brand in our markets.Main FunctionsDevelop strategies for major accounts in Italy and integrate them into the Sales Plan for the sector.Visit end-user customers regularly, following the company''s commercial policy.Attract new clients in the industrial sector through marketing activities.Support the customer service department to optimize sales results.Manage contract conditions with customers.Provide technical consultations via phone or email.Prepare commercial offers and conduct demos at Bralo and customer sites.Create reports for decision-making, monitor unpaid bills, contract changes, and delivery deadlines.Participate actively in fairs as an exhibitor or visitor.Manage, control, and analyze sales collaboratively with the Sales Team Manager, Accounting Manager, and Managing Director.Handle customer claims requiring commercial support and guide them through the proper channels.Ensure the sales team has accurate customer information.Job RequirementsStudies in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.3 to 5 years of commercial experience in account management within the fasteners sector.Experience negotiating with Central and Purchase Groups.Residence in the Bologna area.Availability for frequent travel, including overnight stays if necessary.Upper-intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.Desirable SkillsStrategic thinking with a strong commercial vision.Organizational skills.Negotiation abilities.Strong customer relationship-building skills, both internal and external.Responsibility and teamwork.What We OfferOpportunity to join a multinational company with prospects for professional growth in Italy and internationally.Permanent contract after the trial period.Fixed and variable salary with monthly expense reimbursements.Company car for business activities.Laptop and mobile phone for work purposes.Interested candidates should send their CV in English or Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
