You will be based in Allianz Trade Paris Headquarters(Tour First), you will join a team of 4 people and report to theHead of Portfolio Management & reporting for Specialty Credit.As an Administrative and Operational Support Assistant you will beresponsible of: - Management and Team support - Support with Eventsorganization - Administrative and transversal supportResponsabilities : Management and Team support : - Support theonboarding and IT Package for new joiner (IT hardware, applicationaccesses, business cards, generic email addresses) - Providesupport to local team on any IT issue creating IT tickets (MyAllicia) - Assist with preparation for meetings (book meetingrooms, order catering/food) - Making travel arrangements: traveland hotel booking, building accesses, taxi booking - Order officesupplies via proper tool, keep track on stock Assist with theorganization of corporate and team events such as seminar, broker,farewell events based in Paris : -Help to find the event location -Support with creativity on team event invitations - Search for Teambuildings, restaurants as per requests for France or otherlocations - Help to find goodies and gifts for team activities Administrative and transversal support: - Follow up of expensesreport -Coordinate with vendor contracts and invoices (informationtools, legal invoices) - Register the approved limits within thepolicy in IRP (as back up) The role is an essential part of theservice excellence, and the candidate will be in charge of timelyand quality delivery Knowledge : Language: Fluent English andFrench (oral and written) Strong organizational skills andefficient work practices, ensuring accuracy and consistency inquality of work Focused, reliable and quality oriented, abilityto work in autonomy, to multitask and manage priorities Teamplayer MS Office skills Able to handle priorities and workload Liking operational roles and keen to learn. Excited about therole to support an ambitious growth plan Nice-to-have : Comfortable with internet and all new communication Cloud /Yammer Viva Any other social media channels.
