We are looking for a Python Developer (AI in Biotech) to join a team working on AI-powered solutions for a company in the biotechnology industry. The team focuses on building Agent- and LLM-based applications tailored to real business needs.

This is part of a dynamic internal program where projects evolve and priorities shift based on user feedback and current challenges.

Its a unique opportunity to combine technology and science while working on cutting-edge AI solutions in an innovative environment.

We offer a choice of employment form: Employment Contract or B2B

• UoP: 14 000 16 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 120 140 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency inPythonfor backend development
• Solid experience working withSQLdatabases
• Comfortable working inUnixenvironments
• Hands-on experience withcloud platforms, preferablyAWS
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) frameworks such asLangChainandPydantic-AI
• Experience withRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)systems andMCP servers
• Some experience with frontend technologies likeTypeScriptandReact
• Understanding of application, web, and database servers
• Experience withDocker
