Financial and Risk Control Manager

Summary:
The Financing Manager position plays a vital role in SANY Western Europe''s financial success by managing all aspects of customer financing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financing programs, evaluating customer creditworthiness, and ensuring the smooth collection of receivables. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, credit analysis, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative financing programs to support SANY''s sales growth in Western Europe.
- Analyze customer financial statements and creditworthiness to make informed lending decisions.
- Negotiate financing terms and conditions with customers and banks.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
- Oversee the collection process and work with customers to resolve any payment issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis on financing performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to financing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financing role, preferably within the construction equipment industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing financing programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with financing software (e.g., credit scoring systems) a plus.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (or other relevant language for the specific location).
