Job Opportunity: Tech Lead BackendAbout the CompanyJoin a leading multinational company specializing in employee well-being solutions and payment services.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Tech Lead Backend responsible for technical governance of our project, with approximately 30% operational involvement. The ideal candidate will quickly understand the platform and proactively engage with business users.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the development of scalable back-end solutions using Java and Azure services.Define and promote best practices for development and code quality.Oversee cloud infrastructure design.Contribute to continuous product improvement by adding new features.Automate processes using DevOps tools (CI/CD, monitoring, testing).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architect, Product Owner, QA, Delivery Manager).Promote technical innovation and ensure long-term sustainability.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a back-end developer (Java, Cloud) and 1 year in delivery or technical leadership roles.Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure, but also AWS or GCP).Background in Agile/Scrum environments.Familiarity with the entire software lifecycle (Git, test automation, CI/CD).Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Excellent communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders.Fluent English for interactions with international teams and stakeholders.BenefitsSmart working: up to 10-12 days per month.Salary range: 50,000 - 60,000.Bonuses, tickets, welfare benefits.Location: Milan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
