The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of aBESS Project Engineer to join a leading Solar PV and BESSManufacturer. The ideal candidate will act as the technical leadduring the execution phase of energy storage projects across Italy.Will work closely with Project Managers, the Sales Engineeringteam, and After-Sales Managers to ensure customer requirements arefully met and provide valuable product feedback. Your role will becritical in the integration of systems and hands-on technicalsupport throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the technical integration of BESS equipment throughout theexecution phase of each project. - Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers in the utility-scale energystorage market across Europe. - Collaborate with Sales Engineersand Project Managers to identify client needs and delivercustomized technical solutions. - Develop project executionprocedures, including health and safety (H&S) protocols. -Deliver technical training to customers during projectimplementation. - Stay informed on market trends, technologies, andcompetitors in the BESS utility segment. Requirements: - Bachelorsdegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or arelated field. - Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience;prior exposure to the BESS utility market in Europe is a plus. -Strong technical knowledge of battery energy storage systems andassociated technologies. - Excellent communication skills, with theability to explain complex concepts to both technical andnon-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, especially in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.- Fluent in English and other languages is an advantage. -Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Profile: - Youll workside-by-side with the Project Manager, supporting execution,testing, and commissioning activities. - Ideal candidates may haveexperience in EMS (Energy Management Systems) integration, batterysystems, or come from a strong electrical background. - Prior rolesin after-sales support or with EMS vendors (e.g. Huawei) are highlyvalued. - Experience in the solar or energy control sectors is alsoa strong advantage.
