Your role We are looking for a skilled and proactivePost-Sales Engineer with strong experience in Virtualization,Storage, networking and backup solutions to join our technicalteam. This role blends presales consultancy and post-Salesimplementation, requiring a deep understanding of infrastructuretechnologies and client-facing experience. You will collaborateclosely with Sales, solution architects, and project teams todesign, implement, and support enterprise-grade IT infrastructureprojects for our clients. This includes defining technicalsolutions during the presales cycle and ensuring successfulimplementation post-sale. Your key responsibilities Pre-Salessupport Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gatherrequirements related to Virtualization, Storage, and dataprotection needs Design tailored infrastructure solutions involvingtechnologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS Storage systems, andenterprise backup platforms Prepare and deliver technicalpresentations, solution architectures, and proposals Participate inRFP/RFI responses, creating technical content aligned with customerexpectations Collaborate with solution architects and Sales toscope and cost solutions accurately Post-Sales implementation Leador support the deployment and configuration of Virtualizationplatforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, otherhypervisor) Implement Storage solutions (e.g., Dell, HPE,Purestorage, Huawe, IBM, ) and configure SAN/NAS environmentsDeploy and integrate backup, high-availability and disasterrecovery systems Conduct system testing, validation, and useracceptance procedures Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesduring deployment and handover phases Provide documentation andtechnical training to clients or internal teams post-implementationCollaboration & project support Work with project managers andcross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutionsMaintain detailed project documentation, including designs,configurations, and change logs Provide post-deployment support,tuning, and knowledge transfer to client IT teams What do youalready bring to the table Bachelor''s degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Engineering, or related field 3-5 years ofexperience in IT infrastructure with a focus on Virtualization,Storage, and backup Good knowledge in areas such as networking,servers, Storage, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure),Virtualization (e.g., VMware), security, and enterprise softwareStrong hands-on experience with: Virtualization: VMware vSphere,ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, RedHat Storage Solutions: SAN, NAS, iSCSI,Fibre Channel, solutions from vendors like e.g., Dell, HPE,Purestorage, Huawe, IBM Networking knowledge: Dell, Fortinet,Cisco, HPE, for implementation of infra structure projects of theInfra Team Cloud computing: Azure, AWS Backup Solutions: VEEAMBackup & Replication, Dell Networker, Dell Power Protect DataManager, IBM Storage Protect Solid understanding of highavailability, failover, and disaster recovery planning Comfortableworking in both on-premise and hybrid cloud environments Strongdocumentation, presentation, and communication skills (fluency inEnglish, Dutch and French).
