What will you be responsible of?
Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical part
Use your technical knowledge to breakdown the technical problems and assign sub tasks to team members
Motivate and engage team members in accomplishing the project tasks and meeting the deadline
Reporting to Research Manager the project activities, proactively discussing bottlenecks and projects risk
What are we looking for?
3 to 5 years in a similar role
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written is a must
Capability of thinking outside the box
Good attitude in both operative work and leading people
Good empathy approach and relation-based work
Experience in HVACR field will be primarily considered, but is not a must
PhD will be considered, but is not a must
