For an internationally renowned technology client in Nijmegen we are looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer for a challenging freelance assignment. This is a great opportunity to work on complex IC designs as part of a multidisciplinary team operating across several countries.

What youll do:

Youll be responsible for the complete physical design cycle of analog circuits, from floorplanning through to tape-out. Working in a modern Cadence Virtuoso design environment, your tasks will include:

• Floorplanning, placement, and (top-level) routing
• Verification and finalization of the design
• Participating in technical reviews and maintaining design documentation
• Contributing to process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the team

What were looking for:

A seasoned professional with:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Around 8 years of experience in analog IC design
• Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso
• Knowledge of high-frequency or mmWave design is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A flexible, proactive, and quality-focused work attitude
