As part of our strategic expansion into Italy,we are launching a new resort in Sicily under the umbrella of arenowned international brand. We are looking for a dynamic GeneralManager to spearhead this landmark project and shape the future ofresort experiences. Responsibilities - Operational Leadership:Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery anduphold luxury standards. - Team Management: Lead and inspire adiverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, andexcellence. - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operationalstrategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overallperformance. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with keystakeholders across F&B, commercial, and rooms management toensure cohesive and efficient operations. - Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identifyopportunities for service improvement. Qualifications - Provenexperience in a General Manager or senior management role within4/5-star luxury properties. - Strong background in F&B,commercial operations, and rooms management. - Excellent leadershipand team-building skills with a proactive, analytical, andentrepreneurial mindset. - Fluent in both English and Italian. -Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliverexceptional guest experiences. - Experience with prestigiousinternational brands is highly desirable.
