We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a UI/UX Designer. The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton (with good home office allowance).Your Role: Hold responsibility for setting up & establishing a Design System. Coordinate & support design activities for digital products (coordinate with branding, adapting design guidelines, etc). Implement user & business requirements in customer journeys, user flows & wireframes. Create screen designs & prepare assets for frontend developers. Prototype in low or high-fidelity design for user research activities.Your Skills: At least 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable function (portfolio desired). Strong skills in developing & maintaining Design Systems & in handling associated relevant tools (in particular; Figma, Axure & Zeroheight). A very good technical understanding of Web / App Technologies.Your Profile: Completed relevant University Degree & ideally further educated in UX/UI Design & Usability. Analytical, conceptual & in possession of a quick understanding. Customer-oriented, self-motivated & a team-player. Willing to travel to Barcelona (30-40%) in order cooperate closely software developers in this location.
