Job Title: Technical Support EngineerMidea Group, a Fortune 500 company and the world''s No.1 air treatment brand by production volume, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Pordenone, Italy.ResponsibilitiesStay current with product launches and transitions to maintain updated sales engagement programs, including support for products and services.Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs; establish strong customer relationships.Collaborate with various departments within customer organizations, including engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.Provide product information through presentations on new products, project timelines, quality performance, and technical training.Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.Assist team members in achieving KPIs and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.QualificationsBachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products, applications, and regulations.Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required.Midea Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
