Position Summary As theDirector of Operations at Bitget, you will be responsible formanaging and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Bitget,ensuring that the platform operates efficiently and in compliance.You will work closely with the product, technology, marketing, andcustomer support teams to drive growth of the platform, enhance thecustomer experience, and ensure that Bitget remains a leader in thehighly competitive cryptocurrency market. Key Responsibilities 1.Operational strategy development and execution Develop andimplement an effective operations strategy in line with thecompany''s overall strategic objectives to ensure efficient andsustainable business processes. Provide operational advice anddecision support to help company management optimize resourceallocation, improve operational efficiency and enhanceprofitability. Monitor and evaluate the execution effectiveness ofthe operations team and adjust strategies and tactics whennecessary. 2. Team Management and Development Lead and managecross-functional operations teams, set team goals and drive theirachievement. Recruit, train and develop operations team members toenhance team skills and ensure efficient team execution andcollaboration. Develop and implement performance evaluation andincentive programs for the operations team to ensure employeemotivation and morale. 3. Process optimization and efficiencyimprovement Optimize and standardize operation processes, reduceredundancy, and enhance process automation and operationalefficiency. Monitor the daily operation of the platform, identifyand resolve any bottlenecks or issues to ensure smooth and seamlessoperations. Regularly review and optimize all aspects of the supplychain, customer support, transaction processes and technologyprocesses to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 4. RiskManagement and Compliance Identify and manage risks that may existin the course of operations, and develop countermeasures to ensurethe sound operation of the business. Oversee the compliance of theplatform to ensure that the platform operations are in line withindustry regulations and global regulatory requirements. Work withlegal, compliance teams and other relevant departments to maintainsensitivity to industry policy changes and make timely adjustmentsto operational strategies. 5. Customer Experience and Support Workclosely with the customer support team to ensure that the userexperience on the Bitget platform is optimized. Handle and resolvecustomer feedback and complaints to improve user experience andincrease customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work with marketing,product and other teams to promote the optimization of customerservice processes and enhance the platform''s user stickiness. 6.Data Analysis and Reporting Regularly analyze operation data,identify trends, problems and opportunities in operation, andprovide data support for decision-making.
