For them, we are looking forPMO REMANUFACTURING MANAGERReporting to the Group Strategy, Marketing and Business Development Director, the Strategy and Business Development Manager - PMO Remanufacturing focuses on leading the Groups strategic initiatives in remanufacturing industrial goods, such as pistons, connecting rods, and engines, with a multibrand approach. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies that enhance the Groups remanufacturing capabilities across all OpCo.MAIN OBJECTIVESAccelerate the adoption of remanufacturing solutions for long-term sustainability.Establish Group as a leader in multibrand remanufacturing.MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and support the development of the strategic roadmap of Group projects in each Group company, in alignment with the assigned references and/or teams.Lead the development and execution of remanufacturing strategies across OpCo.Act as PMO for key remanufacturing projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and innovation.Identify opportunities for expanding Groups multibrand remanufacturing services.Coordinate the planning and execution of the project workstreams with the different functions of the Group involved, with each company of the Group, and with the central project team.Manage the updating and synchronization of project activities between the different companies of the Group, including monitoring of plans and activities, organization and management of coordination meetings, management of internal communication regarding the progress of activities, interaction with senior executives of the group companies and with operational teams, etc.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and areas for innovation in remanufacturing.Develop frameworks for tracking remanufacturing performance and sustainability metrics.Foster collaboration with external partners to enhance technical capabilities and market reach.RequirementsProven experience in remanufacturing, industrial goods, or sustainability projects (5Y).Knowledge of industrial operations.Multibrand operational service experience is a plus.Strong analytical and project management skills.Fluent in English; intermediate Italian required; Spanish is a plus.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for strategic reporting.WORK LOCATIONThe selected candidate will initially be integrated into the Italian Holding Company (Milan) and subsequently develop a professional career in Spain (Madrid).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob function#J-18808-Ljbffr
