What Youll Be Doing
As part of a collaborative EMEA HR team, youll play a critical role in keeping operations smooth and people supported across multiple countries. Your key responsibilities will include:
Running payroll and benefits for employees in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland
Acting as an HR advisor on topics like absences, performance, local labor laws, and more
Identifying efficiency improvements and helping to streamline HR processes
Staying current with local employment legislation and ensuring compliance
Managing benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and yearly renewals
Collaborating with internal teams and external HR vendors
What You Bring
5+ years in a Generalist HR role (international experience preferred)
Knowledge of UK and Dutch employment law, including ARBO regulations
Strong analytical skills you''re confident working with numbers
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus!)
Proficient in Excel; Workday experience is a bonus
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and communication skills
