ABOUT THE ROLE Do you thrive on solving complex challenges and designing innovative, future-proof IT systems? As a Technical Architect at we+, youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting robust and scalable solutions, tailored to meet diverse client requirements. This role is dynamic and varies depending on the project. Whether its designing infrastructure, implementing secure architectures, or advising on the latest technologies, youll play a central role in driving success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Technical Design: You create technical solutions covering infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies while adapting to specific client technology stacks. + System Deployment: You work confidently in multi-OS environments, deploying applications on both Windows and Unix-based systems. + Database Management: You design and optimize relational databases like MySQL or SQL Server, as well as unstructured databases like CosmosDB. + Secure Architecture: You design robust architectures, both on-premises and in the cloud, with a focus on security and scalability. + Problem Solving: You leverage your analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. + Business Communication: You translate technical architectures into tangible business impacts and liaise effectively with business stakeholders. + Knowledge Sharing: You stay ahead of the curve, sharing insights and expertise with colleagues and fostering a culture of innovation. + Hybrid Work: You work flexibly, combining remote work with on-site client collaboration tailored to your region and preferences. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR + Experience: At least 3 years in a technical architect role or an equivalent position, with hands-on experience in IT solutions and software development. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing end-to-end solutions, secure architectures, and working across diverse operating systems and databases. + Problem-Solving Mindset: A positively critical thinker who delivers constructive feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment. + Communication Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. + Proactive Learner: You enjoy learning new technologies and sharing knowledge within your team.
